Account manager (B2B crypto)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to manage and nurture client relationships for Mids.Capital's crypto market-making services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts
• Analyze client data and feedback to continuously improve client satisfaction and account performance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B account management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B account management or client relations role, preferably in the cryptocurrency/fintech industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and improve account performance
• Familiarity with CRM software and account management best practices
• Working knowledge of the crypto market-making landscape and the challenges faced by crypto firms
