Personal and Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO

The role is to support Max Krasnykh (linkedin.com/in/maxkras/) across all his businesses: a stealth-mode AI startup in the recruitment field and strategy and board advisory business. This is an international role with exposure to amazing people and cultures worldwide.

Please note that the role is best suited for highly organized, tech-savvy, digital natives, and the application process includes a home assignment and a video interview.

Location: work from anywhere close to the EU timezone (UTC -1 to UTC +4), except Russia/Belarus, where our services and software don't work, and VPN does not help, unfortunately.

Hours and availability: this is a full-time job. The work is intense and challenging, and you must be highly responsive and available during the day. It's impossible to combine this role with another job. This is a long-term partnership, and you must have time to recharge. So expect regular business hours during the week with occasional overtime and minimal distractions during the weekend. There's also flexibility to shift hours/days when you occasionally need to.

Status: self-employed contractor of a US company.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Fixed monthly rate. The final offer is within the advertised range and depends on your qualifications, based on interviews and tests, and your location, as the cost of living differs from country to country. You will receive the agreed amount in your bank account and will be responsible for tax and any other liabilities yourself.

What will your days be filled with?

Max believes in working hard, having fun, and having great relationships at work. You will always know how your day-to-day work contributes to the bigger picture. How your performance is evaluated, what is expected of you and what, if anything, you need to improve. Max will share this feedback with you regularly and ask for feedback from you. Your responsibilities will be in the administrative domain, highly dynamic, split roughly 40/60 between personal and business, and include the following:

  • Choosing and managing vendors and partners
  • Managing calendar
  • Managing communications
  • Ensuring smooth travel
  • Preemptively solving issues from A to Z
  • Continuous process improvements and automation

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

An ideal candidate is:

  1. Highly reliable, meticulously organized, and never misses important details
  2. Resilient under stress or thrives in it
  3. Natural problem-solver with high IQ
  4. Well-versed and empathic communicator

Must-haves:

  • Digital native: love for tech, apps, automation, and processes that save time
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (some accent is ok)
  • Successful experience in similar roles of >3 years
  • Track record of excellence in business, academia, and/or sports, etc.
  • Excellent references - being evaluated as #1 or as top 10% by prior managers

Strong advantages:

  • Startup and tech experience
  • Advanced user of Asana/Trello, Google Apps, ChatGPT
  • Having lived in the US or the UK
  • Training in hospitality, preferably as a top-tier hotel concierge
  • Knowledge of Greek (don't expect a lot of candidates to have this, but it's a nice bonus)
