Обязанности:
For Russian branch of Chinese company launch, there is a demand for a Regional sales manager
- Responsibilities:
- Sales team establishment
- Ensure revenue targets for sales staff and Team are achieved within the responsible territories
- Establish and lead regular sales meetings and conference calls with the sales team
- Manage, lead and coach the sales team to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary sales skills through coaching individuals in the field and personally observing the performance of representatives on a regular basis
- Implement new sales strategies and techniques with the sales team
- Monitor lead pipelines and activities
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory
- Attend trade exhibitions
- Recruit, induct and mentor new sales staff in conjunction with the General Manager
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the members of other departments
- Other related tasks as required
- Requirements:

- Experience in managing sales of Cisco or Huawei products will be an advantage
- Knowledge of English at the level of fluent communication and written proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively lead and motivate a sales team, and establish productive contacts with clients
- Ability to develop sales staff within the scope of their job responsibilities
- High motivation, desire for self-development, innovative thinking and willingness to work independently
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service and networking skills

- Conditions:
- Fixed salary of 80,000 in hand + bonus motivation system with high percentages of sales realized. Total income from 130,000 thousand rubles per month.
