Key Account Manager

Cypix - is a payment service for e-commerce, with the main functionality being acquiring and payouts. We have been on the market for over six years! The company is growing rapidly, and we see new opportunities. Currently, we are looking for a proactive and ambitious Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting, developing and retaining company partners;
• Handling merchant refunds, resolving disputes;
• Providing merchant support and adhering to SLAs;
• Improving profitability metrics;
• Upselling new/current company products;
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system. Working in ClickUP/JIRA/Confluence and ensuring proper ticket management;
• Reducing accounts receivable;
• Processing requests from banks;
• Actively collaborating cross-functionally with other company departments;
• Developing the portfolio, seeking new non-standard solutions and opportunities.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (B2B) (experience in banking or fintech is a plus);
• Experience working with high-risk merchants;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
• Confident presentation skills and business communication skills;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Experience in independent analysis and work planning, preparing commercial proposals, presentations, negotiating deal terms;
• High level of responsibility;
• Proactive approach to problem-solving;
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
