Your main tasks:

• Leads research: The agent will have to dig into cold database to generate qualified leads that will be transfer to the sales team
• Product knowledge: the agent must be able to briefly introduce our product.
• Team Work and discipline: The agent will actively collaborate with the sales team to provide for the client the best possible service. He will have to follow a script and a clear work flow
• CRM Knowledge: The agent must be ready to use CRM and to follow the rules regarding it
• Autonomy: The work being fully remote, the agent must show a high level of autonomy, avoiding micro management in most of the case and bringing quality reports to his supervisor

• Telemarketing experience (preferably in sales)
• Communication competences and team work.
