HR Generalist

Working: Remotely, as part of an international team

The main responsibilities for this position include:

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategy in accordance with the company's strategic & financial goals;
• Participate in the automation of HR processes;
• Recruitment and onboarding;
• Arrange the entire recruitment cycle: vacancy posting, CV, cover letters and job applications evaluation;
• Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience; - Act as a point of contact between the candidate and managers during the selection process;
• Prepare reports on the recruitment process;
• Analyse the labour market to identify possible sources of personnel search and candidates’ salary expectations;
• Facilitate onboarding process;
• Form internal and external talent pipeline;
• Analyse personnel turnover;
• Participate in HR documents preparation (policies, instructions etc.);
• Support the development of HR brand of the company;
• Support internal and external HR communications;
• Support the development of corporate culture: engagement programs & CSR programs;
• Participate in other HR departments projects and initiatives.

The requirements for this position are:

• Higher education in HR area or higher education and additional education in HR management;

• 3+ years of working experience within HR (preferably in international companies);

• General knowledge of all HR blocks;

• Knowledge of labor law;

• Experience in development and implementation of HR processes;

• Knowledge of actual recruitment practices;

• Experience in development and maintenance of corporate values and culture;

• Knowledge of general HR metrics;

• Strategic thinking and vision;

• English language: upper-intermediate;

• Computer literacy: proficiency in work with MS Office.
