Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support planning, executing, and tracking performance for customer marketing programs with key strategic retailers to include tactics such as digital promotions and events, display ads, paid search campaigns, and direct mail.
• Own and manage the website consumer experience, including keeping the website up to date, improving navigation and user experience, and ensuring all aspects of the website support brand visuals and voice consistently. Closely track website analytics to further inform and prioritize ongoing website improvements.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to monthly newsletters, paid search/display ad campaigns, and SEO.
• Support integrated marketing campaign planning and execution, track marketing KPIs and create a monthly summary to drive process improvements.
• Manage partner agencies and freelancers to help execute marketing programs and activations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (and/or comparable field)
• 2 years or more of experience on USA market
• Fluent in English
• Experience in building out a paid marketing strategy at a high-growth company
• Experience with advertising and/or direct marketing campaigns
• Experience with marketing promotions and/or special events
• High levels of empathy and can connect deeply with our mission
• Considered by others to be a self-starter and able to work without a lot of direction
• Comfortable using multiple systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and know that we need your help to figure things out
• Highly organized and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once
• Focused on scale and building - you understand that pace is equally as important as the quality

• Remote position
• Working hours are 8 am - 5 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time)
• 2 months of a probationary period
• Salary is 1000$ for the probationary period, after $1500
