As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing (online-remotely) daily leads and generating sales for the company, while maintaining good customer relationships and high-class service to the UAE, USA, Europe, Asia, CIS, and other markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values, market trends, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling worldwide investment property process, including zoom-online property showings, negotiations, and contract signings
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Evaluate the client’s desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Effectively manage client inquiries, concerns, and objections
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with Worldwide Top Developers in the real estate market, to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintaining sales targets set by the Team Lead

Key Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales (preferably B2C)
- Proven track of Sales record
(preferably in financial, IT, consulting, fintech, and complex marketing products)
- Knowledge of investment instruments and basic terms, including ROI, IRR, Cash-on-cash return, and others Strong negotiation and communication skills will be a plus
- Well-presented and a good business ethics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
