Responsible for driving seamless customer experiences, optimizing user journeys, and enhancing the Bank’s digital banking offerings to align with evolving customer expectations and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive omnichannel digital banking strategy that integrate online, mobile, and other emerging channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital banking professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and user-friendly digital experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead the development and launch of new features, products, and services across digital channels.
  • Identify pain points in the customer journey and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and usage patterns, informing decisions for product development and enhancement.
  • Continuously identify emerging trends, technologies, and market developments to drive innovative digital banking solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking services.
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard customer data and financial transactions.
  • Effectively communicate digital banking strategies, initiatives, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful omnichannel digital banking leadership, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, including mobile apps, online platforms, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer-centric strategies, with a focus on enhancing user experiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry.
