Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for organized and people-oriented RESERVATION AGENT to communicate with guests and offer them best hospitality in making the reservations
Our reservation agent will be responsible for:
- answers about reservation by phone, fax and e-mail;
- is responsible for timely processing of all arriving requests for booking (by fax, to phone, the Internet, e-mail, TARS), and also cancellations, booking changes, etc.;
- makes booking, changes and booking cancellations in the OPERA and RESAweb programs;
- helps with preparation of statistical reports, within the competence;
- supports system of documents flow and the data storage, established in department;
- adheres to the price policy established by the Employer;
- knows a forecast on occupation;
- knows terms of payment and annulments according to the signed contracts.
Our reservation agent obtains the following qualifications:
- demonstrates ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
- has strong problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities;
- is proficient in the use of PC, well acquainted with Internet resources;
- has good writing skills;
- is energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on the details;
- is able to work under pressure in multitasking environment and meet the deadlines with a minimum supervision;
- must know: English fluent, telephone etiquette
