Key responsibilities:
- Build and grow online business to get market leading position, working closely with country brand and commercial leaders and EE and Regional Digital & Commerce team
- Develop vision and 3y strategy of company growth in online channel and implement it by breaking down on annual business plans
- Responsible for the ecommerce channel P&L, ensuring delivery of results by driving sales, contribution and market share for all company sectors – Baby Child Care, Feminine Care, Family Care and Adult
- Develop and execute of national development plans and identifying additional sources of growth
- Drive enterprise focus for country ecommerce business, integrates multiple teams/functions, and mobilizes resources to support business objectives
- Build capability for country in ecommerce and be center of excellence for Eastern Europe and actively collaborate with regional eCommerce lead and Global Digital and Commerce team
- Drive digital and ecommerce innovation pipeline on mid- and long-term prospective
- Lead cross-border business development approach to maximize positive effect from TOP ecomm players expansion
- Joint business planning leading and participation in key negotiations with TOP players of online channel (incl. omni, pure, fast delivery), digital and marketing agencies, vendors and eco-systems
- As a leadership team member drive innovation agenda, total company growth strategy, processes and procedures
- Manage, develop and empower both direct structure and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Higher education

Experience as an E-commerce Director/leader with multinational FMCG companies

Experience in managing NKA as an advantage

Experienced in team management

High level of cross-functional and interpersonal collaboration skills

Strong influencing and leadership skills
- Upper-Intermediate or above level of English

Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
