ITMS RUSSIA IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER
The role is responsible for ensuring recruitment, retention and development of employees in business unit to achieve business goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Provide advice to line management on the application and interpretation of HR policies
- Ensure smooth appointments, promotions and salary changes for respective functions, including assisting with salary and promotion guidance
- Provide guidance on managing the performance appraisal process
- Manage recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and pro-active line managers’ approach
- Help line managers and employees develop effective individual development plans
- Facilitate the induction process for new joiners. Support the line in identifying learning and development needs
- Prioritize and plan learning events for the functions
- Provide advice and guidance on Employee Relations issues and Employment Law matters
- Support the line in managing restructures, redundancies and grievances
- Coordinate the salary and bonus review process for designated functions; ensure accurate HR data
- Drive the development and implementation of action plans resulting from employee opinion survey and initiatives, and track progress
- Help manage the Talent and Leadership agenda for respective functions and drive Talent action plans
- Build effective working relationships with Heads of Function, line managers and employees in operational HR matters
- Actively engage with HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services team, Talent Aquisition Partners and other HR Coe's
- Work on HR projects that improve business and organisational performance
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Higher education
- Broad HR skills, preferably with experience in a large multinational organisation with a commercial focus
- Confidence to influence management with high level of professionalism
- Strong HR professional knowledge base, including local Employment Law
- A good knowledge of HR systems
- Able to maintain confidentiality and proactively build relationships
- Take the initiative and comfortably operate in a rapidly changing environment
- Juggle priorities whilst maintaining a first class customer experience
- English upper- intermediate
