Provide administrative support to the Director of S&M to include filing, typing, computer input, phone coverage, maintenance of account files and various department logs
Handling the Director’s schedule
Arranging business trips (booking tickets, reserving hotels, preparing visas), meetings, visits, social events
Maintaining contacts with clients, partners and visitors in order to provide necessary services (required information, setting meetings)
Requirements:
Higher education
Fluent English is a must
Minimum 2 years work experience as a personal assistant in western company
Any work experience in hotel business is a plus
Excellent PC skills
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
