Fraud Monitoring and AI Data Labeling Specialist

We are looking for an employee to join the team for operational monitoring and analysis of fraud (fraud on telecommunications traffic). The fight against fraud is one of the most relevant areas in the field of telecommunications, which requires good analytical training and fast decision-making.

What you will need to do:

• Monitor and analyze cases of potential fraud on company voice traffic;
• Data markup (scoring) for further training of the antifraud neural network;
• Identification of errors in the antifraud system, as well as finding ways to improve it;
• Conducting test calls (and working with special software) to identify situations of fraud on international traffic;
• Working with international telecom operators through messengers, e-mail and telephone communication.

Requirements:

• English (written and oral) at intermediate level;
• Analytical skills, patience, responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, teamwork and ability to work independently;
• A confident PC user;
• Ability to work on a shift 12-hour schedule (day and night shifts) after the internship.
