Lead Sales Manager (USA, Remote, English C1-C2)

We are Crystalia Glass LLC, a glazing construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Our company was established in 2017 and has grown exponentially since! Among our clients are SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others.

We are looking for a motivated and inspired individual for the position of Sales Specialist. Candidates will be briefed and trained for the role. NO COLD CALLING! Only incoming leads.

Compensation: Fixed hourly rate and uncapped commission.

Company-wide bonus program, when we succeed together, we celebrate together!

Employment type: remote, full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, New York time

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Achieving targeted conversion to sales
  • Maintaining customer data in Hub Spot CRM
  • Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B)
  • Providing excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Communicate with other departments to provide the best solution for the client

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High ambitions and a desire to go beyond possibilities
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English is a must (C1-C2)
  • Computer savvy
  • Knowledge of CRM system (preferred)
  • International work experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Great interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
  • Responsible, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Great listening skills and ability to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
