The main goal of our company is to make a difference in the way customers are approached - we CARE for each customer individually by providing lightning speed, top notch service. We work 24/7.

Our Care Agents work 40 hours a week with rotation sсhedules including working night shifts and weekends.

Respond to client inquiries via: Live Chat, Tickets (emails)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers’ concerns, issues and questions.
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ inquiries.
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
  • Prepare product FAQ / Guide HC maintenance and update customer files by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
  • Work with CRM systems - Zendesk, Crowdin, Jira, Confluence, etc.

What we are looking for from you:

  • you speak English fluently;

  • you handle stress well;

  • you are responsible and like working in a team.

Experience working in customer care will be a great plus!
