The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to managing the end-to-end recruitment activity.
Reporting line: The position reports to the Head of Recruitment, who will provide broad supervision.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position provides supervision to approximately 2–6 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team in recruiting contact center staff efficiently and effectively.
- Devise innovative recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with operations to align recruitment with business goals.
- Implement cutting-edge recruitment processes and foster a culture of excellence.
- Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment performance and drive success.
- Cultivate strong partnerships for talent sourcing in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a contact center setting.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team to success.
- Fluency in Russian required for communication with team members in Georgia and Uzbekistan.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
