Soluxe Hotel Moscow is looking for RESERVATIONS & GUEST SERVICE AGENT to deal with incoming rooms’ reservations and enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction and to adhere to all brand standards.
Our Reservations & Guest Service Agent will be responsible for:
- dealing with all incoming rooms’ reservations and ensure that bookings are managed properly to maximize sales, occupancy and revenue;
- controlling the availability of rooms, rooms types, accuracy of room count and rate categories;
- maximizing occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards;
- maintaining inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service special guest needs, amenities and other requests are met;
Our Reservations & Guest Service Agent has the following qualifications:
- well-developed communication skills;
- demonstrated ability to interact with customers, colleagues and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
- organizational skills;
- is energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on the details;
- Diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred, but not required;
- Opera Property Management System experience is welcome and preferred, but not required;
- is proficient in English and in the use of MS Office;
- experience of 0,5 year of work in the hotel is preferred, but not required.
