Creative copywriter specializing in complex technological B2B products

LANCK Telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. Our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and SMS services. And we also create unique niche products for our clients. LANCK Telecom is a distributed team of professionals, using modern technology stack and all actual tools for effective work.

We are now actively expanding and looking for a creative, motivated, and skilled Copywriter to join our team.

You will:

• Develop, write and edit engaging content about telecom B2B products and solutions;

• Work with various types of content - landing pages, articles, e-mails, guides, white papers, one-pagers, etc;

• Work in a popular science style in order to translate complex technical concepts into clear and selling copy;

• Operate to craft the messaging, framing, and modes of delivery for our product information that will resonate with a niche, technically-savvy, and knowledgeable audience;

• Research the telecom and communications industry, technical details, and distinctions of communications technology to generate content ideas;

• Have an integral role in the Content Team and have as internal customers:

  • Product Teams for materials that require technical expertise,

  • Marketing Team for the copywriting materials,

  • You will also be a part of the permanent peer review process of all the content materials going through the Content Team.

Skills & experience we look for:

• Effective experience writing in technical or telecom-related industries;

• Strong command of the English language С2-С1, as the majority of our content is written in English;

• An ability to find the right balance between creativity and expertise;

• Proficient experience interviewing and working with product managers, developers and other team members;

• A collaborative mindset. Thriving in situations with many different people and many different points of view;

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team;

• A stickler for meeting deadlines, even when working on multiple projects at a time;

• Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat.

Additional expertise that would help:

• 3+ years of IT copywriting experience;

• Knowledge of CAT systems and ability to work with bilingual files (SDL Trados, MemoQ, etc.);

• Understanding SEO principles and working with the semantic core.
