What You’ll Do…

• Lead with Vision: Craft and refine our AI/ML strategy, keeping it aligned with our ambitious business goals while pushing the boundaries of educational technology.
• Research and Innovate: Dive deep into user research and market analysis to build products that truly resonate. Use competitive benchmarking to stay ahead and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Communicate and Influence: Be the voice of AI initiatives, articulating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders across all levels— from the engineering floor to the executive suite.
• Analyze and Adapt: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methods to gauge product performance and user engagement, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations.
• Collaborate and Drive: Work closely with Design, UX, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate insights into action, achieving outstanding results that propel both product and business metrics forward.
• Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends in AI/ML, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance our product offerings continuously.

What You Bring…

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years dedicated to managing AI-driven data science projects.
• You have a proven track record of developing high-quality products that have delighted customers and achieved business objectives.
• A strong empathetic approach with a user-centric mindset; adept in user research and usability testing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and influencing diverse audiences.
