Customer support manager (English)

MyFlowers is a new and innovative company providing high quality flowers and a unique delivery service. We currently have the opening for a Customer Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Consulting potential/existing customers on company's services through email, chat, social media and over the phone (no cold calls)

Manage order flow using CRM

Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above

English - Advanced (C1/C2)

Work experience in customer service (at least 1 year) preferably in an international company

Have stable Internet connection

Conditions:

Full-time, remote work

Work schedule:

2/2 11:00 am - 11:00 pm Moscow time ️

5/2 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Moscow time

Salary (60K RUB) net per month (4K or 3K per shift) + 6% to reimburse income tax if you are self-employed
