Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Email Marketing/CRM Assistant at Inquisitive. We are looking for a person who will assist in spearheading our email marketing strategies planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes our daily/weekly/monthly newsletters, automated email workflows, and direct email campaigns.

What Will You Do

• Maintaining a CRM calendar and implementing best practices

• Conducting email marketing campaigns including development, content, targeting, and testing

• Support various key CRM activities via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.

• Creating of web-site pop-ups and leads generation

• Creating reports to analyze the effectiveness of both individual emails and entire campaigns

Key Skills Required:

• Fluent English is preferable. While we have proofreaders, we want you to be able to create and structure messages in English

• Planning and managing multiple tasks with high level of autonomy

• Knowledge of tools: any ESP (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign), Stripo.email, Figma

• Good imagination, copywriting skills, and curiosity

• Basic knowledge of email marketing

• Analytical and technical skills are a plus
