MAIN TASKS: - CRM database management & maintenance:
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to CRM database management & maintenance;
- Advises management on database concepts and function capabilities;
- Implements new modules;
- Establishes & monitors standards of use and SF activities in the system: plans, reports, customer database;
- Ensures regular update of CRM database and data accuracy and validity;
- Delivers CRM training to SF;
2. SF training & development:
- Be an active contributor to the development and adjustment of training programs and tools for SF;
- Administer training activities;
3. Cooperate with Marketing and SF management to provide segmentation, targeting, tools to measure and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Actively participates in projects related to SF resource planning, territory allocation and adjustment, KPI development and implementation.
SECONDARY TASKS:
- Perform ad hoc tasks;
- Prepare presentations for the management.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Higher degree;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with an international pharmaceutical/MD companies;
- Advanced PC user: Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems;
- Good working knowledge of English.
