Management accountant

Your day to day role is always looking to the future

• What financial information to give to the management team for future growth, stability and profitability?
• How is a business performing? How can you make it more profitable or cut costs? Are products making a profit, not a loss?
• What problems can you anticipate? How can you solve them?

Your work will involve

• looking at profit and loss statements
• financial forecasting and modelling
• providing reports to the management team
• ensuring budgets are kept to
• keeping an eye on the efficiency of financial systems in place
• making sure internal controls are effective

Qualifications and experience needed

• The position is open to all graduates in a subject such as finance, accounting or business administration
• Work experience in a related field

Skills

• Problem-solving and numeracy skills
• Upper intermediate English
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
