Our Client - an international brand company in connection with the expansion is looking for Game Operations Manager.
This role is responsible for business operation of mobile games service in Russia, with a clear focus on Gaming campaign Operation for user acquisition&retention and revenue growth.
Please note that the vacancy assumes the format of work from the office (5/2).
Responsibilities:
- Create monthly campaign plan, manage campaign execution, marketing budget and performance tracking
- Work together across different teams, with procurement, product,Promotion(PR), Gaming Community , KOLs operation and Advertisement groups(UA)., etc.
- Organize the local campaigns and the festival events (online/offline ) to promote games.
- Work together with game developers to hold co-campaign and content promotion.
- Monitor and collect user feedback, track and close any issue of campaigns.
- Proactively suggest improvements to Content/Applications, Marketing/influencers, User Operations and Product to optimize the performance of such services.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree;
- 2+ years’ experience in the mobile game service or mobile application store or Internet service marketing manager;
- Experience with game marketing, user acquisition and retention;
- Data analysis with performance of advertising campaigns and operation revenue;
- Experience in social channels maintenance (Discord/vk/telegram/facebook/twitter/instagram.etc);
- Work with chariness and responsibility;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with other team member;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing and accurately completing them in a potentially stressful environment;
