3、负责区域内经销商/客户的管理工作,向公司提出各项管理流程、产品和营销服务活动组织等方面的改进建议
3、Manage distributors/customers within the region, provide suggestions of management processes, products, and marketing service activities to the company.
4、负责开展区域内经销商/客户的培训
4、Conduct training for distributors/customers within the region.
5、负责区域内竞品,烘焙相关产品的信息收集,分析。
5、Gather and analyze information on competitors and baking-related products within the region.
6、建立区域内经销商/客户的档案建设和管理;进行区域内各类代理商的评价

7、协助其他公司及部门处理相关业务。

Requirements:1、俄语口语及书面语流利,英语/中文流利;第二外国语:英文或中文流利
Fluent in spoken and written Russian. Second language English or Chinese should be fluently.
2、3年以上植脂奶油或相关烘焙原料行业销售经验(俄罗斯市场)
Over 3 years of sales experience in the margarine or related baking ingredients industry (Russian market).
3、可以经常出差;
Available for frequent business trips.
4、OFFICE软件熟练使用。
Proficient in Office software.
