Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Business Intelligence Team Lead to join our team of professionals. For this role you should have at least 5 years proven experience in a BI or analytics role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success.
• Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, and regularly monitor progress towards goals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment where team members are encouraged to share ideas and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights, ensuring the BI team delivers solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
• Utilize advanced BI tools (f.i. Power BI) to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.
• Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of BI solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of BI systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols in all BI initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and prioritize BI projects.
• Communicate insights and findings to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, leveraging data visualization and storytelling techniques.

Requirements - Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a BI or analytics role, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and project management.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard design, report development, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) a plus.

Requirements - Nice to have:

• Master's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
• Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab.
• Programming skills in Python.
