Commercial Operations Specialist

В международной фармацевтической компании открыта вакансия Commercial Operations Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review department’s operations, propose improvement and implement them.
• Control day-to-day operations; react to the upcoming requests.
• Maintain effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders; maintain all required stakeholder updated and engaged to execute over objective efficiently.
• Coordinates with different functions to achieve optimal work productivity.
• Ensure accurate and compliant financial operations related to CIS commercial department.
• Analyze data and use it to create reports on credit notes and other bonuses, supply, and sales analytics.
• Create and maintain a variety of documents, including project status reports, financial and commercial documentation; manage contracts and ensure proper documentation and approval flow compliance.
• Ensure high quality accuracy of workflow and reporting.
• Lead operational projects; track project schedules and make sure that projects are being completed on time.
• Ensure that operations are in financial and legal compliance with local and German regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in business, finance, project management or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role (sales, commercial and business operations; finance; business practice).
• Proven organizational skills, including time management.
• Strong project management experience; ability to manage complexities.
• Excellent analytical skills and extreme attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; easy adopting to the new systems.
• Well-developed stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate efficiently with above market colleagues.
• Able to work effectively with limited supervision.
• English level Intermediate and above.​​​​​​​
