The perfect candidate for this position is a fluent English speaker with an extensive strategy and performance SMM experience. We are offering a permanent remote position and a competitive salary.

As a SMM Manager you would:

====JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.

• Represent and promote the Company on all relevant social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Linkedin, Yelp, Reddit, Quora, Discord etc. Geotargeting - US

• Perform worldwide and deep research with effective instruments and SMM trends before offering strategies and initiatives.

• Offer SMM strategies for high level managers, make action plans, execute and support SMM campaigns.

• Work with marketing team, copywriters, photo/video content creators to develop social media marketing campaigns.

• Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.

• Set and measure KPIs for social media campaigns, offer and execute actions to achieve the best results.

• Set and Implement DM campaigns including content promotion, lead gen, remarketing etc.

• Prepare reports, be online remotely on periodic and ad hoc meetings.

====JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar qualification;

• Minimum 3-year management and executor experience in social media communication;

• Fluent English;

• Ability to create basic content and organize team for the extensive SMM projects;

• Experience with american markets is an advantage;

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, photo/video/copywriting tools are the advantage;

• Strong project management skills;

• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate future trends;

• Experienced at tracking and reporting on the impact of social media.
