Trading and Business Support Operator

Trading and Business Support Operator position is the “front line” in terms of сommunication, response and resolution of all clients’ queries and demands (B2B) in order to maintain the high standards of customer service.

As a part of the team you will be responsible for the risk management by following and adopting Altenar's policies and rules for sportsbook events offered. Under the guidelines of senior supervisors and coordinators, you will be responsible for the handling of odds compilation and prices, so they are up to date and aligned with fast moving competition. Client’s betting pattern and profiling understanding, is another key aspect of the job role, along with liability management and report analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor sports events and results;
• Monitor incoming bets;
• Market and event settlement;
• Monitor customers, limits and betting patterns;
• Perform targeted betting analysis;
• Analyze competitor's activity and proceed to critical adjustments;
• Support and contact key clients;
• Understand and fulfil customer's promotional bonus offers;
• Identify and manage customer technical issues promptly in order to avoid escalation on the IT department;
• Liaised with other departments ( Finance, IT, Marketing, CAM).
