Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or live chat to understand their needs and goals. (We provide you with the client base);
- Provide personalized guidance and support to leads throughout the account opening process, including assisting with documentation and account verification;
- Proactively follow up with leads to address any questions or concerns they may have and provide additional information as needed;
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and convert leads into active traders;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system;
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion and trading volumes.
Requirements: - Fluent in French;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Passion for finance and helping others succeed;
- Previous experience in client retention or account management is a huge benefit.
