Demetra-Holding is a top-1 Russian grain exporter and a large infrastructure player with a number of assets in agriculture, railway&transportation, cargo infrastructure and other industries. We are looking for a high-performing candidate to join our Investments & Strategy Team.
You will be engaged in variety of Strategy, M&A and capital investment projects to build the largest vertically integrated infrastructure Group. You will be responsible for performing financial analysis; assisting with industry, competitor, and targets research; creating analytical and reporting materials for senior management and Investment Committee.
Essential responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models (M&A and valuation modelling, investment analysis, etc);
- Research of new investment ideas, analysis of various industrial and global market data;
- Provide financial and strategic analysis evaluating current and new business initiatives;
- Drafting presentations for internal committees and management sessions;
- Engage in other important strategic projects.
Education / Experience / Requirements: - BA/MS degree from leading Russian or International University with major in economics, finance, management or a comparative field;
- 1+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, financial modelling, valuation, investment banking or strategic role;
- Deep knowledge in accounting, corporate finance and valuation;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- High attention to details and critical thinking;
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products; experience building financial models and crafting presentations;
- Excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in English.
