Responsibilities:

• Recruitment planning
• End-to-end recruitment cycle for our sorting center.
• Operating Recruitment System
• Necessary reporting activities
• Training & Development projects
• Performance Evaluation
• Events for employees
• Other interesting projects in HR

Requirements:

• Background in Warehousing\Retail\Logistic recruitment 3+ years inhouseUpper-intermediate English
• Ability to act independently
• Skills in managing a high volume of information
• Positive and optimistic approach, ability to handle uncertainty with fun :)
• Intention to take care of your Clients and support the team
• Ready to be based in South Gate business park
