The Russian office of a large international company Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science&Technology Co Ltd. – one of the world’s leaders in the production and sale of special equipment and agricultural machinery – due to the expansion of its activities and having entered the new level of company development is looking for an experienced Head of Spare Parts Department (Agricultural machinery division).

Responsibilities:
  • Management of employees of the spare parts Department of the After-sales Service Department, functional management of employees responsible for the sale of spare parts to dealers.

  • Definition of dealers' work standards in terms of sales, as well as participation in the definition of spare parts storage standards.

  • Definition of the reporting principle and types of reports regarding the sale of spare parts.

  • Participation in the strategic planning of each dealer's business in terms of the sale of spare parts.

  • Development of the spare parts product portfolio.

  • Formation of dealers' commercial policy (system of margins, conditions, types of services, products, focus on products) regarding the sale of spare parts.

  • Participation in the approval of annual and quarterly plans for dealers, a consolidated plan for the company.

  • Participation in the procedure for working with priority product categories (new assortment, seasonal products, illiquids, withdrawal from the assortment).

  • Ensuring participation in the preparation of forecasts and promising projects, participation in marketing research. Full use of discount programs.

  • Managing the settings of the order and inventory management system.

  • Management of the commodity nomenclature in the system in terms of setting priorities for sales and inventory.

  • Monitoring the work of all dealers on the sale of spare parts.

  • Monitoring the evaluation of competitors and sales conditions made by dealers.

  • Control over the fulfillment of orders by dealers, contractual obligations, the state of stocks in warehouses.

  • Planning and conducting training of dealers' employees on spare parts.

  • Participation in the resolution of non-standard situations for the sale of spare parts.

  • Analysis of competitors' activities. Participation in the development of actions to strengthen competitive advantages.

    Key performance indicators (quarterly / annual):

    1. The volume of sales of spare parts (in rubles, excluding VAT)

    2. Margin profit (in rubles, excluding VAT)

    3. Sales volume of focus groups of products (in rubles, excluding VAT)

    4. Turnover in warehouses

    5. Quality of the product portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Spoken and written English is required (+technical English by industry), or Chinese.

  • Higher education (management, marketing and sales) technical education (preferably).

  • Work experience of at least 3 years in a managerial position is required, work experience as a spare parts sales manager or head of the spare parts department (required).

  • Knowledge of the market of agricultural machinery, or road-construction machinery, automotive special equipment is required.

  • The ability to use electronic and paper catalogues of spare parts is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts regulating the conduct of entrepreneurial and commercial activities, the organization of sales and supply of products; the basics of market economy, market conditions and its features; the basics of marketing and management; the basics of advertising, methods of advertising campaigns; basic principles and methods of forecasting; rules, principles and structure of sales; principles of strategic planning; characteristics of the products sold.

  • Business communication skills, psychology of business relations.

  • Knowledge of the principles, methods of personnel management, strategic and marketing aspects of management.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques;

  • Experience in conducting effective negotiations and presentations; public speaking,

  • Excellent communication skills and presentable appearance;

  • Readiness to travel on business trips to dealers, to spare parts warehouses in Russia and abroad;

  • Confident Microsoft Office user; advanced Excel user.

  • Focus on results, responsibility, and proactivity.

Условия:
  • Оформление согласно ТК РФ;
  • Официальная заработная плата (выплата два раза на банковскую карту);
  • Оклад 140 000 + квартальный KPI
  • График работы 5/2, с 08:30 до 18:00;
