**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our sales team in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth for the USA market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with merchants and affiliates, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our affiliate network.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, affiliates, and key stakeholders.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies.

- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs.

- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market trends to senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, is preferred)

- English: Advanced +

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or affiliate marketing industry.

- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and practices.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Schedule 5/2 14:00-23:00 MSK

- NOT a remote position. The office is located near Metro Otradnoye, Moscow.
