Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads based on itinerary, budget, and travel frequency.

  • Maintain client relationships, provide exceptional service, and identify new sales opportunities.

  • Conduct accurate and timely follow-ups.

  • Sell Business/First class flights and luxury accommodations to establish accounts and build clientele.

  • Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Previous sales experience (2+ years) and proficiency in sales management software and CRM.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated personal integrity.

  • Effective time management abilities.

  • A passion for sales with a track record of success.

  • High comfort level communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

  • Ability to quickly engage, develop rapport, and gain trust.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Ability to balance persuasion and professionalism with clients.

  • Knowledge of the travel industry and proficiency in GDS skills.

  • Sales Manager experience is a huge plus.
