Responsibilities
Qualify leads based on itinerary, budget, and travel frequency.
Maintain client relationships, provide exceptional service, and identify new sales opportunities.
Conduct accurate and timely follow-ups.
Sell Business/First class flights and luxury accommodations to establish accounts and build clientele.
Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous sales experience (2+ years) and proficiency in sales management software and CRM.
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated personal integrity.
Effective time management abilities.
A passion for sales with a track record of success.
High comfort level communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
Ability to quickly engage, develop rapport, and gain trust.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to balance persuasion and professionalism with clients.
Knowledge of the travel industry and proficiency in GDS skills.
Sales Manager experience is a huge plus.
