Document managing and bookkeeping (checking, storing, updating folders, making records, etc.);
Receiving and managing incoming calls;
Meeting and accompanying guests and visitors of the office;
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, communicating with postal services and couriers;
Office administration: buying stationery, water, and other necessities; checking office equipment and arranging the maintenance works if needed; communicating with building administration, etc.;
Arranging business trips and business meetings for the workers (buying tickets, booking hotels, arranging transfers);
Managing office drivers and corporate taxi;
Managing contracts with current counterparties;
Arranging gate passes (temporary and permanent);
Preparing printing materials (e.g. business cards, brochures, presentations);
Cooperation and supporting other departments.
Requirements:
Education: BA
Knowledge of MS Office
Language skills: English B2, Advanced Korean (중급, 고급)
Working experience in Korean Company (optional)

Full-time office work (09:00-18:00), 5 days working week
