QA Automation Engineer

Synergy of Lake Technology is an operator of a cryptocurrency exchange platform designed for convenient and fast exchange between various cryptocurrencies on the market, which has been operating since 2018.
The company's flagship business is Quickex, a platform that is focused on end users (B2C) and offers them a simple and intuitive exchange process. Users can easily exchange their cryptocurrencies for other cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and many others. The platform provides fast order fulfillment, which means that users can receive their cryptocurrencies within minutes of placing an order.

We continue to grow actively and are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team who will help us achieve our goals.

Main tasks​​​​​​​:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Conduct thorough regression testing to guarantee the stability and reliability of systems
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve defects in a timely manner
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to security and QA methodologies
• Ensures on-time delivery of all project deliverables
• Ensures the quality of all project deliverables either directly or indirectly using proven Quality Assurance practices
• Ensure all tasks are properly documented and managed in corresponding tools

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate has experience working on crypto-currency projects or trading platforms
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including automation projects where the automation pipeline was built from scratch
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, and Cucumber
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages
• Strong knowledge of software testing best practices and methodologies
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, and reporting
• Experience with various testing tools and techniques, including automated testing
• Excellent time and resource management skills; can manage multiple tasks simultaneously without difficulty in a distributed work environment
• Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus
• Naturally collaborative nature and easy-going personality​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
