Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 20-30 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
- Conduct a minimum of 70-100 outbound messages at LinkedIn daily to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Sell monthly subscriptions for clinics and brands through an automatic funnel and payment system.
- Effectively communicate the value of iHairium's products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve a total of at least 300 sales-related activities per day.
- Measure success based on the number of attended meetings with Account Executives (AE).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate a specified number of qualified leads and paid subscriptions per week.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to attended meetings with AE.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (C1-C2) and Russian.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
