The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and manage the interview process
- Check candidate references and background
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
