We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer at our portfolio company Wallet on Telegram.

Wallet on Telegram is your gateway to the world of digital currencies, specially tailored for individuals in emerging markets. We understand the complexities and intimidation often associated with existing crypto solutions, which is why we've designed the Wallet to be the ultimate user-friendly platform for managing finances. No need to open a traditional bank account or wrestle with convoluted crypto exchanges and wallets.

Leveraging the power of advanced blockchain technology, Wallet delivers a seamless onboarding experience into the crypto ecosystem. It enables users to effortlessly store, send, and receive digital currencies, all via the familiar interface of Telegram. Managing your finances becomes as simple as sending a message.

Now we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Strictly adhere to provided instructions.
  • Handle requests from the first-level support and compliance team.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies at the interface between systems.
  • Analyze microservices interaction logs.
  • Identify and respond to technical issues promptly.
  • Address incident reports generated by monitoring systems.
  • Handle, supplement, or escalate existing incidents/requests as per provided instructions.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in level 2 technical support.
  • Experience in fintech projects.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • English proficiency from B1 level.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Command line skills.
  • Scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of web applications.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain technology.
  • Ability to assess the importance of incidents and escalate them competently.

We are looking for candidates who can work one of the schedules:

2/2 shift work from 9 pm to 9 am GMT+3 (night shift)
