CMO/Chief Marketing Officer

Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and aimed at results CMO who will join our team for achieving company's growth and increasing our brand awareness.

The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for:

• Implementing and maintaining effective lead generation models;
• The development and implementation of PR strategy (writing press releases, organizing publications, etc.);
• Marketing team management - setting tasks, organizing work and monitoring, interacting with contractors;
• Market analysis and competitor monitoring, cohort analysis, target audience segmentation, CJM;
• Improving SEO campaign: taking statistics of the site’s position at the time of the start of work, analyzing competitors for the unique capabilities of the site and optimization, filling out description and keywords meta tags for each landing page, optimizing them for the search engines.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent English command (starting from C1 level);
• Experience as a Marketing Director/CMO in a B2B international company focused on lead generation, brand awareness, etc.;
• You are focused on mega-results and achieve your goals;
• Broad outlook in digital marketing and smm in general, the ability to comprehend trends;
• Knowledge in crypto/blockchain as a big plus.
