At Creators International School, we are on a mission to build a prestigious day and boarding school that pioneers science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) and entrepreneurship education. Our school is located in an inspirational setting, in a picturesque town among the mountains near Marbella, in southern Spain.

We are seeking a Marketing professional (freelancer) to help us develop and implement marketing strategy to promote our school to international students, parents, and members of the local and international communities.

Main goal is to launch our school with a bang and make it the school of choice in the region!

You will have to select, contract, and manage the work of marketing agencies and freelancers to archive the following objectives:

  1. Develop marketing strategy and brand awareness by creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the school's purpose and values. Utilise market research and analysis to identify target groups and demographics and formulate effective strategies to reach them. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital and print materials to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  2. Digital marketing: Design and develop the school's online presence, including website management, social media engagement, email marketing campaigns, and search engine optimisation and pay-per-click (SEO & PPC). Create compelling digital content and visuals to engage audiences, showcase the unique nature of our school and drive enrolment.
  3. Printed materials: Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and newsletters, aligned with the strategy and brand guidelines.
  4. Partnerships: Develop partnerships with local and international student recruitment agencies, community groups and organisations, and educational and business organisations to expand school awareness and build the school's reputation. Collaborate with parent networks to gain their support in marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or another related field.

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, basic ability in Spanish is preferable.

Proven experience in marketing (digital and offline), preferably in the international education sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
