CRM Digital Manager

Main job responsibilities:

• Support of all digital CRM tools for Retail and Ecom channels;
• Coordination with Central team (English or/and French is a must);
• Mindbox released and fully operational;
• Regular coordination with other dpts (logistics, brand marketing, forecasting, business analysis, data, retail);
• Participation in coordination with Retail teams, presentation of digital tools, Q&A in terms of need;
• Elaboration of newsletters guidelines and scripts for Retail teams and stores;
• Management of a Team (2 digital specialists): organization of individual decision meetings, weekly points to work out the operational topics.

Requirements:

• Higher education: as a plus - marketing, economics;

• Previous experience: min 5-7 years;
• Fluent English is a must (French is a plus);
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluent user of the digital platform Mindbox;
• Good communication, excellent literacy, analytical skills;
• Results oriented, creative, proactive, team-player.
