Main job responsibilities:
- Support of all digital CRM tools for Retail and Ecom channels;
- Coordination with Central team (English or/and French is a must);
- Mindbox released and fully operational;
- Regular coordination with other dpts (logistics, brand marketing, forecasting, business analysis, data, retail);
- Participation in coordination with Retail teams, presentation of digital tools, Q&A in terms of need;
- Elaboration of newsletters guidelines and scripts for Retail teams and stores;
- Management of a Team (2 digital specialists): organization of individual decision meetings, weekly points to work out the operational topics.
