For TIENS Eurasian Region in the direct selling channel we are looking for a: Regional Training and Events Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Global Education Department and execute the training strategy
- Responsible for developing trainings and managing training projects
- Responsible for the Group train-the-trainer program implementation within EAR
- Responsible for training projects in direct selling and e-commerce
- Develop and improve online/offline existing trainings
- Seek for and cooperate with training and industry experts on delivering trainings to Tiens partners
- Lead by example by personally delivering trainings and presentations at online/offline events
- Cooperate with key Tiens partners on training and education online/offline activities
- Organize and be responsible for online/offline events in branches, at the Regional level as well as supporting events and participating partners at Global and international events
- Manage the education teams at headquarters and branch offices
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major not specified;
- 3+ years or more of experience in training module work, with a preference for experience in direct sales, health industry;
- Outstanding communication skills, logical and expressive abilities, strong coordination, planning, and performing skills;
- Public speaking;
- Ability to develop, coordinate, organize, design training programs;
- EQ, Leadership and project management competences;
- Proficient in office software, familiar with short video shooting and production;
- Passionate for the training industry, proactive, dedicated, and responsible;
- English preferably fluent, ability to copywrite in Russian, other Central Asian languages and/or Chinese will be a plus.
