Responsibilities:

  1. Acting as the first point of contact to the director.
  2. Acting on behalf of and representing the director as required, including the management of calls, enquires and requests, expense authorization and sign off on business-related decisions.
  3. Personal assistant tasks for director, included, but not limited to, diary management, extensive e-mail correspondence and organizing both internal and external meetings.
  4. Reporting back to the director with detailed and accurate notes.
  5. Travel support.
  6. Analytical tasks.
  7. Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  8. Cost management.
  9. Assisting with budget management.
  10. Aggregation the information from public source and private databases.
  11. Complex market research data analysis.
  12. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  13. Working closely with the administration and operations managers to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

  1. Educated to a degree level. Economic or technical as a plus.
  2. Intermediate English is a must. Upper Intermediate or Advanced level as a plus.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  4. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  5. Stress resistance.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Uses initiative with minimal supervision.
  8. Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines.
  9. Excellent organisational skills.
