We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Commission-Based (only) Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling HubSpot CRM implementation services to new businesses or HubSpot CRM management services to existing HubSpot users in one of the regions (MENA, Americas, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe). Our agency is focused on finding top-tier talents in the industry who are looking for a side hustle or who are interested in pursuing a career in consulting industry.
Qualifications:
• Proven B2B sales experience and a track record of sales success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software (preferred but not required).
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Responsibilities:
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Research and identify potential clients who require our HubSpot CRM services.
• Communicate the value of the HubSpot CRM.
• Run demos alongside our technical experts.
• Learn about clients business needs and pain points and provide them with the appropriate CRM solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
