Top Position is a Fast-paced digital marketing agency with headquarter in Florida seeks a Business Analyst to join our team.

Business Analyst responsibilities include:

• Communicating with clients to identify and analyze the client's needs
• Formulating the best course of action, creating solution-oriented proposals, and preparing technical instructions for web developers
• Working with a CRM system
• Assessing and analyzing the end result of automation campaign goals
• Keeping records and creating system procedures in a document

We are looking for someone who:

• Confidence in your ability to negotiate with customers — you know how to understand a client’s needs and formulate a solution to their requests.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems
• At least 1 year of experience working with Odoo or SalesForce
• Knowledge of the tools and techniques of business analysis and business process modeling
• Ability to quickly analyze and organize a large amount of information
• Experience writing and documenting technical processes
• Ability to quickly dive into various subject areas
• The following strengths: discipline, sociability, perseverance, and adaptability
• An English proficiency level of C1/C2
