Story:

LATOKEN needs an automated risk reporting, trading and custody risks mitigated to grow to IPO.

Key PROBLEM's:

• Trading and custody risks must be real-time monitored and mitigated with risk policies and automated stop risk systems.
• Reporting should be automated and supplemented with proposals for risk mitigation in systems.
• Coinmarketcap and Coingecko Latoken exchange ratings should be improved by finding the balance between risks and liquidity.

How:

• Establish and supervise the implementation of Risks policies for trading, custody, and operational risks.
• Ensure real-time notification of risks policies breaches with automated reporting, stop losses, root cause reports, and processes/people fix to mitigate further breaches.
• Conduct research on the relationship between Coinmarketcap and Coingecko ratings and exchanges' liquidity scores.

Main performance number: TD Risks Incidents

Functions:

• Trading Desk Risks: Prevent uncontrolled losses and report on incidents.
• Security Risks: Perform manual security checks of users' transactions to prevent fraud and manipulations.
• Custody Risks: Ensure Blockchain wallets balances are kept within risk limits.
• Reporting: Prepare and automate regular managerial reports on trading performance and risk.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 1+ year of experience in risk management in banks, brokers, crypto exchanges. Trading risks experience is a plus.
• Motivation to grow and achieve results with the highest business value.
• Higher education in Finance, Risk Management, Economics.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Basic SQL or Python skills are a plus.
