Lead product innovation and development projects. Make sure all R&D deliverables are provided in time and in full
Ensure seamless transition of projects from Innovation team to Implementation one
Ensure required product prototypes are created and properly assessed (analytical, performance, stability, and other tests)
Participate in market analysis and consumer research activities
Represent R&D in co-manufacturing projects
Lead and participate in Cost Chase (COGS improvement) activities to decrease real and potential losses for the business
Develop and roll out training programs for other teams in R&D and neighboring departments
Manage relevant master-data and product-related documentation (specs, recipes, etc.)
Ensure proper knowledge management in area of responsibility – make sure all relevant information and data is being recorded, properly stored and kept up to date
Requirements
Higher chemical/technical education
Intermediate and higher English level
3-5 years of experience on a similar position preferably in large international FMCG companies
Solid project management skills
Proven track record of creating new and developing existing products in accordance with product briefs
Familiar with Stage-Gate process
Experience with Laundry and Home Care products will be a significant advantage
Skilled in stakeholders’ management, conflict management, with high level customer focus, learning agility and standing alone capabilities
